We proceed sensitively and discreetly when taking on a People (HR) interim management assignment. We close the gap in a vacancy and bridge professional absences in people management competently and reliably. We continue the tasks according to the project or initiate changes on request.
Duration of the assignment
An hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or long-term assignment can be arranged – needs-oriented, flexible, and transparent. We work hybrid and prefer remote work. On special request, and if it makes sense, we will also come on-site.
People Projects
We analyze your existing processes, tools, and interfaces to make your people tasks easier and to clarify who in the team is responsible for what and why. We also provide you with our blueprints for specific regulations, directives, and leadership tools or create, modernize, and update your documentation together with you.
Efficiency
Our experience allows us to get up to speed faster than average. We focus on setting priorities and thus use the limited time as efficiently as possible.
Know-how transfer
Of course, we carefully organize the handover to the returning or new person and document completed projects in detail.
